Crafted in collaboration with 5th Generation Master Distiller Jaime Villalobos Sauza at Hacienda del Oro (NOM 1522), Cachasol Tequilas are purposefully made and straight up delicious.
What makes Cachasol stand out?
First, we source sugar-rich agave from Tepic, Nayarit, capturing the unique terroir of our home in Sayulita—unlike the highlands or lowlands agave most other brands use. Second, we’ve adopted a fermentation process inspired by our favorite heady India Pale Ales, unlocking and boosting vibrant citrus notes that are typically held dormant.
The result?
A lineup of agave-forward tequilas with bright floral, citrus, and subtle mineral notes—bold, yet incredibly smooth.
