Farm-to-Table Restaurant - Cachasol Farm Distillery, Sayulita

Cachasol's farm-to-table restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (kitchen closes at 8:15 PM), at our coastal distillery on the Punta Mita Highway - 8 minutes south of Sayulita. The kitchen works with estate-grown produce, local catch, and traditional Nayarit techniques, paired with estate-made tequila, raicilla, and cocktails from the Cachashade Bar. Walk-ins welcome. Reservations recommended for groups and weekends.

Where the Garden Meets the Grill

The kitchen is open, the flavors are honest, and the plates are meant to be shared - not staged. Most ingredients come directly from our on-site garden or neighboring fields. Local fishermen supply the mahi mahi. The comal runs on hardwood.

Watch tortillas pressed fresh, salsas ground in the molcajete, and meats grilled over an open flame. Our chefs work in the open kitchen, surrounded by herbs, citrus, and chilies picked daily.

The restaurant sits in the Comedor, an open-air dining space on the farm. You can taste the tequila and raicilla we produce on-site - by the glass, by the flight, or in one of our house cocktails. The kitchen and the distillery are the same project: estate-grown, crafted with intention, poured with hospitality.
