An Afternoon at the Farm, Just Minutes from Punta Mita
Discover a Different Side of Mexico
Just 18 minutes from Punta Mita, Cachasol is a six-acre working farm where Napa elegance meets the soul of the Mexican coast.
Created for couples, families and groups, Cachasol brings together agave, food, local culture and hands-on experiences in one relaxed afternoon.
Walk among the agaves. Learn the history and craft behind tequila made with nothing added, and see raicilla, an ancient local spirit, produced right here on the farm. Make cocktails and mocktails together, then gather around the table for a farm-to-table meal in our intimate comedor.
Come to learn, celebrate, connect, or simply experience a different side of Mexico together. There is something for everyone, from tequila and local craft to gardens, food, open space and plenty for kids to explore.
Just up the road, a world away. Rustic soul, thoughtful hospitality and unexpected luxury, with the kind of stories and memories you take home with you.
"This was one of the highlights of our trip to Punta de Mita. Fabulous food, fun to learn all about how tequila is made... Felt like being at a wine tasting in Sonoma. Kids enjoyed the swings."

Come for the Culture. Take the Experience Home.
Punta Mita offers plenty of ways to explore the ocean and mountains. Cachasol offers a different kind of discovery: local culture experienced through agave, food, craft and place.
More Than an Excursion. A Taste of Local Culture.
Step beyond the resort and into the agave, food and traditions of this part of Mexico. Walk the fields, explore the world of tequila and raicilla, discover local ingredients, and learn the stories behind what you taste. It's hands-on, personal and rooted in this part of Mexico.
Couples. Friends. Families. Celebrations.
A date afternoon. A family outing. Eight friends on a birthday trip. A bachelorette weekend, anniversary, retreat, or three generations traveling together. Cachasol works because there is something unique for everyone to love, all within one shared experience.
Go Deep. Get Hands-On. Or Just Enjoy Our Space.
Follow agave from field to glass, cook together, or shake cocktails as a group. Or simply settle in for an intimate lunch or dinner in our small comedor, where we welcome only a few dozen guests each day. Some come to learn every detail. Others come for a beautiful table, a great meal and a memorable few hours together.
There is something special about eating at a farm, especially one with only a few dozen seats.
Dinner at Cachasol is intimate, relaxed, and rooted in the farm around you. Our menu draws from the flavors of coastal Nayarit, with local ingredients, open-fire cooking, and dishes designed to be shared around the table.
Our menu is rooted in authentic local dishes, executed simply and served from our open kitchen into the rustic dining room. The experience is about shared plates, thoughtful hospitality, and the kind of relaxed dining that feels inseparable from the place itself. Our cocktails and tequila are part of the story, but the table is where it all comes together.
Come early. Have a drink at the Cachashade Bar. Walk the property. Let the kids explore and play. Then settle into one of a limited number of tables for the evening.
You do not need to book a tour to dine with us. But reservations matter. We intentionally serve only a small number of guests each day so the experience stays personal, unhurried, and special.
"We left the property only once, and it was to Cachasol Farm Distillery."
