Cachasol's Mixology Workshop is a one-hour hands-on cocktail class at the Cachashade Bar, our open-air bar set beneath a guamuchil tree near Sayulita, Nayarit. You will make two Cachasol cocktails with fresh herbs and fruits from the farm garden, enjoy guacamole, and taste our estate-made raicilla. Tuesday through Sunday at 2:00 PM.

We start in the garden, walking through the plants that go into our cocktails - fresh herbs, citrus, tropical fruits, and the flowering plants you might not recognize but will remember after tasting them in a drink. This is where the cocktail actually begins, long before the shaker.
From the garden, we move to the Cachashade Bar. Your guide walks you through the base spirits, the balance of flavors, and the technique behind each cocktail. You make two drinks from start to finish - no shortcuts, no pre-batched mixes. The kind of class where you actually understand what you made and why it works.
While you work, guacamole arrives. As you wrap up, you'll get a taste of our estate-made raicilla, produced right here on the farm using ancestral techniques. It is not tequila. It tastes like nothing else.
The Mixology Workshop pairs naturally with the Culinary Workshop at 3:00 PM. Book both for a full afternoon at Cachasol - cocktails first, then cook your lunch. A lot of guests treat it as a spontaneous afternoon well spent.

"A must-experience in Sayulita"
This farm and distillery is a must if you are anywhere near the PV area. From the start, it is a magical experience on a serene agave farm with a charming outdoor bar and welcome cocktails. Our guide gave a wonderful and informational tour of the land and processes for each type of liquor they produce. The farm is gorgeous, with a small pond and various plants. Then the lunch was just phenomenal, prepared in the moment on the comal. Overall just a lovely experience. Can't recommend it highly enough!

A truly magical experience that I would highly recommend. The location is perfect in the evening sun with a lovely cool breeze that blows through the valley straight from the sea. The team went above and beyond to make all of our party feel welcomed and comfortable. Beautifully crafted welcome drinks, a fascinating and interactive tour by the owner himself and a tasty food and tequila pairing meal to round it all off. It has been a highlight of our trip to Mexico.
