Nestled in the lush landscapes of Rancho del Mono, just minutes from Sayulita and Punta Mita, Cachasol is Nayarit’s first Raicilla distillery and the home of Cachasol Tequila. This is more than just a tour—it’s a hands-on cultural experience, blending agave, tradition, sustainability, and flavor.
Visitors can book 90-minute guided tours that takes you through every step of the Raicilla-making process, culminating in a Cachasol Raicilla & Tequila tasting (Cata), paired with an open bar and farm-to-table cuisine cooked fresh before your eyes.

What to Expect on the Tour
Arrival & Welcome Drink
Park or get dropped off at KM 5, Punta Mita Highway, Patzcuaro. Check in and grab a refreshing welcome drink at the Cachashade Bar—its an open bar type of thing, so settle in and sip freely.
Agave Fields
Walk through 3,000+ agaves, learn about sustainable cultivation, and explore the unique qualities of this historic plant—its role in Raicilla, Tequila, and Mezcal.
Traditional Agave Cooking & Distilation
See our earthen oven to learn how agaves are roasted underground. Discover how Raicilla is fermented and distilled on our hand-made still.
Cata: Raicilla & Tequila Tasting
Relax in our open-air tasting area and enjoy a guided tasting of Cachasol’s Tequila & Raicilla. Learn about the flavors, aromas, and history behind each sip.
Farm -to-table Culinary Experience
Gather around the open-fire kitchen for a live cooking demo, savor handmade antojitos, and enjoy cocktails from the open bar—all crafted with fresh farm ingredients.
